Inspiration for leaders in the use of dialogue cards:  There are many different types of dialogue cards. One thing they have in common - they create energy and they create great conversations.  The time has come to put together a mini-university about dialogue cards. Here are 7 lessons: When you want to create energy in the team and break the ice and get the participants to talk to one another, you must invite everyone out onto the floor, out onto the lawn, out into the parking lot or into the drying loft.
