50 positive things you should start saying to your employees

Save this list on your phone, or print it out and keep it handy for when you need a positive phrase. It is perfectly fine for your employees to see you pull out your phone or a piece of paper. Tell them that you are practicing being more positive - there is no shame in that. Choose one of these 50 positive phrases.
